True North Construction LTDA is responsible for handling enquiries received through this site. To discuss your information, email truenorthconstructionbr@gmail.com, with “Privacy” in the subject line.

What we receive and why

The questionnaire collects your name, email, phone number, location, language and information about your lot, home, budget, timing and preferences. We also record the date, reference number, source page and consent version. We use this information to review your enquiry, prepare the consultation and respond to you. We do not make credit decisions or generate automatic estimates.

Optional fields may be left blank. Do not send identity documents, banking details or sensitive information. Form consent is specific to handling your enquiry and does not add you to an advertising mailing list.

Storage, access and retention

Enquiries are encrypted and stored privately with restricted administrative access. Information is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations. You can ask about retention or deletion through the contact above.

Hosting and storage use Vercel. Chat conversations are processed by Chatwoot when you use the chat. These providers may process information in other countries according to their infrastructure and service terms. Your information is not published in the catalogue or blog.

Analytics and preferences

You can choose essential features only or allow website analytics. When configured, Google Analytics loads only after you give permission. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, answers and messages are not sent as analytics events. Campaign parameters are included with an enquiry only if you allow analytics.

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Declining analytics does not prevent questionnaire submissions. Chat keeps its own support session; your analytics preference does not disable it.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and deletion, subject to legal retention requirements. We may request proportionate information to confirm your identity before fulfilling a request.
