Can TrueNorth build on my lot?
The lot is our starting point. We assess location, dimensions, topography and applicable requirements before proposing a solution.
Can I customise a floor plan?
Yes. The concepts are a starting point for discussing layout, finishes, family needs and budget. Changes depend on technical development.
Do you offer one-storey homes, two-storey homes and basements?
The catalogue includes one- and two-storey concepts. Finished or unfinished basements can be considered depending on soil, drainage, groundwater levels and local requirements.
How much does construction cost?
Cost depends on the lot, floor area, specifications and scope. When available, an indicative price appears on the concept page. Submit the questionnaire for an individual preliminary review.
Does the questionnaire calculate an automatic estimate?
No. Our team reviews your answers before the consultation. Submitting the questionnaire is not an estimate, a contract or a reservation of a construction date.
How will I follow construction progress?
The Project Management Plan covers scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality, risk and communication. Reporting frequency and responsibilities are agreed in the contract.
How long does construction take?
The schedule is defined after assessing the design, approvals, lot, material availability and scope. We do not use a single timeframe for every project.
